Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations

Requests for a return, exchange, refund or cancellation can be submitted through the order page or by contacting DEVOS.

Personalized products

Products made specifically for a customer according to personal text, images, designs or measurements, and products that can be copied or reproduced by the customer, are not eligible for return or cancellation where permitted by applicable Israeli consumer-protection law.

Standard products

For standard products without personalization, a return, exchange or cancellation request may be made within 14 days of receiving the product or the required disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to applicable law and the conditions of this policy.

The cancellation fee, where applicable, is 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower. The product should be returned, where possible, in its original packaging and in the condition required by law.
