What are the delivery times?

Order preparation takes up to 2 business days, after which delivery arrives within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 13:00 are treated as next-business-day orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery to a pickup point is free. Home delivery costs 29 ILS. We ship throughout Israel.

What is the return and cancellation policy?

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Under Israeli consumer protection law, the cancellation fee is 5% of the product price or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
